Preliminary preparation and planning:

Main installation steps:

Columns and end beams: Lift the columns and connect the end beams to ensure that the verticality of the columns and the level of the end beams meet the design requirements.

Installation of trolley running mechanism: including the installation and adjustment of trolley driving device and wheel assembly.

Electrical installation and debugging: Wiring according to the electrical plan, installing electrical components, laying cables, and debugging the electrical system.

Trolley installation: Install the trolley wire rope and trolley driving device, and make connections.

Acceptance and handover work:

Specified acceptance procedures: Acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with the contract and manufacturer’s regulations, including static acceptance and dynamic acceptance.

Technical Documentation and Manual Handover: Complete technical documentation, operating manuals and maintenance guides are handed over to the user.

User Training: Train operators and maintenance personnel to ensure they can operate the crane correctly and perform routine maintenance.

Construction Log and Document Management:

Construction Log: Detailed records of daily construction progress, equipment used, personnel, problems encountered, and solutions.

Document Management: Keep all documents generated during the installation process clean, readable, easily indexable, and properly stored.
